X-ray Inspection Machine Successfully Detects Foreign Object in Mochi Bread Sample

Recently, a customer sent us mochi bread samples for contamination detection testing to evaluate the performance of our food X-ray inspection machine.

During the testing process, foreign objects were intentionally placed inside the mochi bread to simulate real production conditions. The X-ray inspection machine successfully detected the contaminant hidden inside the product and automatically rejected the defective item through the automatic reject system.

The entire detection and rejection process was completed quickly and accurately, demonstrating the machine’s excellent sensitivity and stable inspection capability for bakery products.
